He is survived by: his wife Sharon Mae (Kivett); his daughter Donna Lynne Melton (Jamie Chisholm) of Carthage; his grandchildren, Kellie Alyssa Ring (Andrew) of Carthage, Justin Stevens (Breanna) of Siler City, Ethan Ryan of Carthage and Garrett Wayne Ring of Carthage; and his great grandchildren, Seth and Dawson.
