He is survived by: his sister Thersea Ring (Lester); his sister-in-law Martha Furr; his cousins, Rosa Jester (JP), Judy Burgess (Kent) and Rhonda Smith; his nieces, Kay Ward and Denise Cotton; his nephew Jamie Furr; and his friend Rick Jennings.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Boles Funeral Home Chapel (425 W Pennsylvania Ave, Southern Pines, NC 28387). A funeral service will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the First Pentecostal Holiness Church (217 S Pinehurst St, Aberdeen, NC 28315). A burial will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 at the West End Cemetery (455 Knox Ln, West End, NC 27376).
