She was predeceased by: her parents, James Alton and Omega Watson Starling; and her great grandchild Shelby Broadwell. She is survived by: her husband Thomas Rains; her children, Thomas D. Rains (Judy), Terry Rains, Al P. Rains (Trudy) and Pamela R. Williams (Kenny); and her brother James A. Starling (Faye). She is also survived by seven grandchildren; nine great grandchildren; and many beloved nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
