He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Clyde Youngblood and Ruby Parrish Youngblood; and his sister Ruth Broadwell. He is survived by: his wife Jeanette Youngblood; his children, Cynthia Rutherford (Brett) of Newport and Bob Youngblood (Lizanne) of Great Falls, VA; his sister Annie Clyde Williford of Knightdale; and his grandchildren, Kendall Youngblood, Mallory Rutherford and Brady Youngblood.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Ronald McDonald House of Eastern North Carolina in Greenville, NC, in memory of Robert Youngblood, 529 Moye Blvd., Greenville, NC 27834.
