It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Rebecca Cardwell Moore (Pine Knoll Shores, North Carolina), born in Martinsville, Virginia, who passed away on December 5, 2018, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her parents, Mollie Pratt Cardwell and Thomas Cardwell; her spouse Larry Moore; her friends, Win and Lin Johnson; her daughters, Melissa "Lisa" Thompson (Michael) and Terry Turner; her grandchildren, Alysha Thompson (Benjamin Algeroy), David Thompson (Susan Corso) and Greg Turner; and her great grandchild Vera Turner. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
