He is survived by: his father James Phipps; his children, Ian McPhipps (Kelly), Daniel Phipps (Allison) and Megan Sandidge (John); his brothers, Todd Phipps (Laura), Andrew Phipps (Caren) and Neal Phipps; and his grandchildren, Charles Sandidge, Grace Sandidge, Wesley Sandidge, Harrison McPhipps, Zach McPhipps, Bodie McPhipps, Avery Phipps and James Phipps.
