She was predeceased by: her husband John J. Filan; and her parents, Harry F. Grady and Esther F. Grady. She is survived by: her son Stephen John Joseph Filan (Annett Filan) of Reston, VA; and her brother Thomas J. Grady (Betty Grady) of Morehead City. She is also survived by 21 grandchildren and 25 great-grandchildren.
