She was predeceased by: her parents, Eula G. McCabe and Curtis L. McCabe. She is survived by: her child Deb; her spouse Ches Garner of Atlantic Beach, NC; her children, Steven Garner (Catherine) of Wilmington, NC and Debbie Garner (Dean Rathbun) of Newport Beach; her grandson Jacob Sudduth of Charlotte, NC; her sister Linda Barts of Dunn; her cousins, Linda Lindstrom, Carolyn Dean of Clovis and Karen McCabe of Morehead City; and also, Catherine and Jacob.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in memory of Judy McCabe Garner to SECU Crystal Coast Hospice House (Newport, NC).
