He was predeceased by: his parent Thomas Wayne Sizemore; and his grandparents, Julius Buford Manring, Nancy Rominger Manring, Woodrow Wilson Sizemore and Sadie Tilley Sizemore.

He is survived by: his mother Sara Manring Sizemore of Pine Hall; his son Chris Sizemore (Allie) of Pine Hall; his grandchildren, Brycen of Pine Hall, Bayli of Pine Hall and Dawsyn Sizemore of Pine Hall; his sisters, Tracey Sizemore of Walnut Cove and Tammy Sizemore Alley (Todd) of Walnut Cove; and his nephews, Cody Sisk, Hunter Alley and Chad Sisk.
