She is survived by: her husband Roger Fultz; her son Jerry Wayne Hicks (Wendy); her grandchildren, Cody Hicks (Brianna), Cheyanne Hicks, Chloe Dillon and Shane Dillon; and her sisters, Susan Hill (Mark) and Ginger Foust. She is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
