He was predeceased by: his parents, Anderson Brown and Crawlie Barber Brown. He is survived by: his wife Nelda Spainhower Brown; his stepchildren, Marcel Martin, Richard Martin (Robin) and Beverly Gay Oakley; and his children, Ronald Brown, Sharon Bourgeois and Stacey Deviller.
The family asks that all attendees please wear masks and practice social distancing.
