With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Shelby Jean Goins Millsaps of Pilot Mountain, North Carolina, born in Stokes, North Carolina, who passed away on November 16, 2023 at the age of 86. She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Goins and Annie Frye Goins; her husband Harvey Lee Millsaps; and her siblings, Edith Goins Rogers, Juanita Goins Clifton, Iris Goins Marsh, Gaylon Goins, Glenn Goins and J. C. Goins.
She is survived by: her children, Kathy Millsaps Sheppard (Mitch) and Jerry Millsaps (Cherise Millsaps); her grandchildren, Chris Sheppard (Brandy), Emily Millsaps Padron (Jorge), Andrew Millsaps (Marea), Hannah Brinkley-Sheppard, Eleanor Padron and Charlotte Padron; her brother Junior Goins; her sister-in-law Janie; and also Maddox Lee Sheppard.
