He is survived by: his wife Cassie Faye Gammons Boles; his close friend Cassie Faye Gammons Boles; his son Jeffrey; his daughter-in-law Shelby Boles; his daughters, Stefanie (Randall Gentry), Monica (Jerry Haymore) and Celeste (Nick Hawks); his grandchildren, Meagan (Ronnie LaBerge), Britany (Craig Howell), Kayla Boles, Bethany Gentry, Caleb (Stephanie Hawks), Justin Haymore, Austin (Remmick Haymore), Brody (Chloe Gentry), Carlie Haymore, Tessa Haymore, Landon Hawks and Jackson Hawks; his great grandchildren, Bryce, Braylen, Mason, Bella and Maverick; and his siblings-in-law, Louise Arnder, Nellie Boles, Nelda and Rayford (Judy Gammons).
