He was predeceased by: his brothers, William Riley Phillips, Jr. and David Michael Phillips. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Ann Owens Phillips; his daughters, Rebecca Ann Lynch (Rick), Tammy Darlene Honeycutt (Terry) and Katie Elizabeth Hunt (Terry); his grandchildren, Eve Vernon (Mat), Chandler Queen, Andrea Honeycutt, Nicholas Honeycutt (Tasha), Alicia Austin, NyAmber Grizzel and Pamela Grizzel; his great grandchildren, Shaylynn Wright, Paisley Nelson and Oliver Honeycutt; and his siblings, Roger Phillips (Carlette), Clyde Phillips (Shelby), Mary Hodges and Lillie Boyet. He is also survived by two step-grandchildren; three step-great-grandchildren.
