Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Robert Hampton (Pilot Mountain, North Carolina), who passed away at the age of 76, on May 9, 2018. He was predeceased by: his mother Gertrude Joyce Gambles; his wife Rebecca of Pilot Mountain; and his children, John Hampton of Virginia Beach, Robert Hampton Jr. (Maribel) of Placentia, David Hampton (Sonya) of Charlotte and Brigitte Hampton of Winston-Salem.

He is survived by: his grandchildren, Shaun Hampton, Isaac Hampton, Triniti Hampton and Mahlia Hampton.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Lovell's Chapel Church.
