It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Richard Watson of Pilot Mountain, North Carolina, born in Greensboro, North Carolina, who passed away on August 9, 2021, at the age of 54, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Mal Wray Watson and Mildred Faye McHone Watson. He is survived by: his wife Tabitha Childress Watson; his sons, Quenton Levi Watson and Travis James Watson; and his siblings, Tim Ray Watson (Desirae), Brian Dale Watson (Tina), Mal Wray Watson II, EJ Watson (Michelle), James Patrick Watson (Heather), Sherry Rae Waller (Bill), Robin Lynn Shelton and Jennifer Dawn Love. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials/donations may be made in Mr. Watsons honor to Mountain Valley Hospice.
