He was predeceased by: his wife Rita Lee Jones Williams; and his siblings, Bernice Williams Shimer, Edna Williams McNeil, Mary Kate Williams Bartlett, Troy Williams, Claud "Red" Williams, Jack Williams, Bert Williams and Bill Williams.
He is survived by: his daughters, Sherry Bernice Williams Boyd (William Barnes), Rachel Williams Medley (Stephen Newton), Kathryn Williams Webb (Bill), Lee Anne Williams and Cynthia Williams Little (Benjy). He is also survived by Brother Retired Air Force Major Joseph Bruce Williams; Nine grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
