He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Isaacs and Katherine Haymore Isaacs; his wife Peggy George Isaacs; and his sister Barbara Ruth Spainhour. He is survived by: his daughters, Debbie (Robert Stewart), Judy (Tommy Gosnell) and Janet Isaacs; and his siblings, Betty Chilton, Jerry (Virginia Isaacs), Ted (Audrey Isaacs), Phillip (Vickie Isaacs) and Don (Bryanna Isaacs). He is also survived by sixteen grandchildren; twelve great grandchildren.
