She was predeceased by: her parents, Ellis Fulk and Gertrude Yates Fulk; and her husband Joe Bill Simmons. She is survived by: her sons, Doug (Gina Simmons) and Greg (Renee Simmons); her grandchildren, Tyler (Celeste Simmons), Matt (Jenna Simmons), Hank Simmons and Maddie Simmons; her great grandchildren, Lillian Renee Simmons, Nathan Gregory Simmons and Joe Bill Simmons; and her friend Cindy Moore.
The family asks that all attendees please wear masks and practice social distancing.
