It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Nolie Boyles of Pilot Mountain, North Carolina, born in Stokes, North Carolina, who passed away on November 27, 2020, at the age of 103, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James William and Margaret Elizabeth Smith Durham; her spouse Durward Wadesworth Boyles; her daughter Jeannette Boyles Jessup; and her son-in-law Douglas Jessup.
She is survived by: her children, Wade, Gaynell Boyles of Pilot Mountain, Dale, Ashley Boyles of Hoover, AL and Gail Boyles of Dobson; her grandchildren, Shawn of Pilot Mountain, Dena Jessup of Pilot Mountain, Mendy of Pilot Mountain, Mark Hiatt of Pilot Mountain, Scott, Kim Boyles of Troutman, Justin Boyles of Charlotte, Ashton Smith of Knoxville, TN, Grayson Smith of Hoover, AL and Kayla Branch of Winston-Salem; and her great grandchildren, Eli Jessup of Pilot Mountain, Dylan Jessup of Pilot Mountain, Meghan Boyles of Atlanta, GA, Nicholas Boyles of Winston-Salem, Madison Boyles of Troutman, Blake Boyles of Pilot Mountain and Hunter Hiatt of Pilot Mountain.
Due to public health concerns, attendees are requested to wear a face mask and practice social distancing.
