She is survived by: her husband Dennis Charles Blackburn; her children, Duane (Michelle Blackburn) of Galax, VA, Scott (Kaela Blackburn) of Mt. Airy, NC and Karen (Rick Eacho) of Tobaccoville, NC.; her grandchildren, Bryan Blackburn (Hannah), Matthew Blackburn, Andrew Blackburn (Haylee), Joshua Eacho, Josiah Eacho, Hannah Blackburn, Elisabeth Eacho, Kensi Blackburn and Luke Blackburn; her great grandchild Dianna Blackburn; and her siblings, Malzie Beasley of Mt. Airy, Alene, Bill Cail of Mt. Airy, Charles (Karen Casstevens), Sandra Casstevens of Elkin and Homer (Shirley Casstevens). She is also survived by nieces and nephews and other in-laws.
