She is survived by: her parent Peggy Frances Collins; her husband Paul Eugene Arthur; her daughters, Cathy Ann Freeman Eaton of Dobson, Lisa Lynn Freeman (Jimmy Watson) of Ararat, N. C. and Kimberly Annette Freeman Holt (Kelly Frances Collins-Smith) of Westfield, N. C.; her grandchildren, Kaitlyn Freeman, Isaiah Freeman, Jacob Freeman (Madison), Sage Eaton, Ethan Freeman and Dylan Watson; her sisters, Wanda Baker, Linda Bowman and Helen Baker; her daughter-in-law Tosha Joines Arthur; her niece Michelle Baker Thompson (Linda Tilley); her stepchildren, Bryan Arthur of Paul Arthur and Tracie Arthur; and her friend March. She is also survived by nine step grandchildren, 2 step great-grandchildren.
