He was predeceased by: his parent JD Lawson; and his brother Donnie Lawson. He is survived by: his mother Denola McRoberts Lawson; his wife Vickie Dunmon Lawson; his siblings, Billy Lawson (Patricia) and Patty Eaton (John); his siblings-in-law, Kathy Dunmon (Randy) and Barry Dunmon (Tina); and his nephew Ryan Dunmon (Ashley). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
