He was predeceased by: his parents, J. Wesley Cooke and Mabel Allred Cooke. He is survived by: his wife Waltraud; his daughters, Karoline Overby (Grant) and Heidi Hendrix; his grandchildren, Nicholas Overby (Anna), Morgan Overby (Lauren), Emily, Madeline Dayton and Will Hendrix; his great grandchildren, Clark, Graham, Thaddeus, Karolena, Beckett and Elsie Overby; and his sister Nancy Gordon. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in his memory to the Woltz Hospice Home.
