John Keaton Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Keaton (Pilot Mountain, North Carolina), born in Stokes, North Carolina, who passed away on February 10, 2011, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Henry Keaton, Sr. and Martha Roberta "Trudie" Hall Keaton; his wife Ethel Marie Jones Keaton; his sons, Gene Carlton Keaton and Delmer Gray Keaton; his daughter-in-law Frankie B. Keaton; his siblings, Henry James Keaton, Gladys Keaton, Callie Venable, Lucille Keaton, Mozelle Mitchell, Estelle Watson, Inez Boyles, Nellie Mabe and Doris Jean Keaton; and his half-sister Jettie Calhoun.
He is survived by: his son Grant Keaton (Dorothy) of Westfield; and his daughter-in-law Julia C. Keaton. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, twenty-four great-grandchildren, five great-great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
