With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jeannie Lea Atkins of Pilot Mountain, North Carolina, born in Pulaski, Virginia, who passed away on November 30, 2022 at the age of 68. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Robert Atkins; and her siblings, Robert and Diane. She is survived by: her husband Mike; her children, Valerie (Jason), Sarah (Josh) and Ben (Mariah); her grandchildren, Jordan, Abby (Justin), Belle (George), Addy and Ella; her great grandchild Grey; her mother Violet; her siblings, Larry and Renee; and her close friend Pat. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials should be made to Mountain Valley Hospice who took such wonderful care of Jeannie in her final days on earth.
