He was predeceased by: his brother Bobby Payne. He is survived by: his children, Elizabeth Jones (Butch), Mark Payne (Debbie) and Tim Payne; his grandchildren, Chance Jones, Brooke Lawson (Jeffery), Brittany Mabe (Ashley), Kimberly Bree Miller (Wade) and Amber Darrh (Nick); and his sister Dorothy Joyce. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren and great- great-grandchildren.
