He is survived by: his parents, Mary Bennett Crotts and George Franklin Crotts; his wife Amy Claudette Holbrook Crotts; his daughter Ally Crotts; his brothers, Raleigh Phillips and Arles (Ann Phillips); his parents-in-law, Diane Holbrook and Myron Holbrook; his brother-in-law Travis Holbrook; and his nieces and nephews, Kelly Arnett (Paige Phillips), Brennon Holbrook and Alyssa Richardson. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
