She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Bluford and Dolly Light Fain; her husband Roy Junior Rachel; her son Donald Rachel; and her siblings, Billy Fain, Elwood Fain, Myrtle Hicks and Gracie Moser.
She is survived by: her son Billy Lee Rachel (Kathleen); and her brother Odell Fain (Catherine). She is also survived by one grandchild; one step-grandson; and two great-grandchildren.
