He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Franklin Cook and Lillian Mae Jessup Cook; his wife Bonnie Kathleen Hill Cook; his son Brandon Ray Cook; and his sister Vernie Marshall.
He is survived by: his children, Jeffrey Cook (Tammy) and Cheryl Bennett (Dean); his grandchildren, Kristy Bennett and Joshua Bennett (April); his great grandchildren, Kiddrick Parker, Aaron Bowen, Abigail Bowen and Allison Sams; and his brothers, Thurmond Cook and Alvis Cook.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 5th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Jessup Grove Baptist Church Cemetery (896 Jessup Grove Church Rd, Pilot Mountain, NC 27041). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, March 5th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Cox-Needham Funeral Home (822 W Main St, Pilot Mountain, NC 27041).
