He was predeceased by: his father Paul Edward Webb. He is survived by: his wife Katrina Skaggs Webb; his daughter Taylor Riley Webb; his mother Mildred Sue Shumate Webb; and his brothers, Paul David Webb of West Virginia, Bobby James Webb of Virginia and Steven Carlyle Webb III of Mount Airy.
