She is survived by: her husband Steven Daniel Cook; her daughter Kimberly Hope Boles (Cameron Lineback); her grandchildren, Kelsey Brooke Irvin (Steve) and James Jackson Holt (Amy); her great grandchildren, Athen Daniel Dunkes and Emma-Sky Maria Dunkes; and her sister Pamela Jo Simmons.
