He was predeceased by: his parents, Billy Dean Sylsberry and Martha Ann "Molly" Carlson Sylsberry. He is survived by: his wife Jan Warner Sylsberry; his children, Matthew Glen Sylsberry and Leah Christine "Bennett" Sylsberry (Adam Cunningham); and his brothers, David Mitchell Sylsberry and Douglas Sylsberry (Karen).
The family of Mr. Sylsberry have decided to err on the side of caution and not have a memorial service at this time due to the spike in Covid-19 cases.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Woltz Hospice Home in his memory.
