Stevens; his daughter Dawn Stevens; his daughters-in-law, Dwayne Stevens (Stacy), Michael and Casey; his brother Tim Stevens; his sister-in-law Crystal Stevens; his grandchildren, Daniel Hutchens, Taylor Stevens, Zachary Stevens, Courtney, Michael, Casey II, Jessica, Kurt, Katie Edwards, Jonathan, Joshuwa, Justin Preiss, Chayton Preiss, Ember Preiss, Blake Mabe and Ashton Mabe; his siblings-in-law, Shirley Stevens and Juanita Holder; and also Leo Holder. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and special nieces and nephews; and sister.
