Basil Gordon Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Basil Gordon (Pilot Mountain, North Carolina), who passed away on November 2, 2019, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ulyss Aston Gordon and Lee Anna Carson Gordon; his wife Janice Joyce Gordon; his stepmother Edith Martin; his sister Jeanette Hudson; his brother-in-law Bernard Hudson; and his brother Junior Gordon.
He is survived by: his son Jerel Gray Gordon (Debbie); his grandson Zacharey Gray Gordon; his siblings, Becky Covington (Tommy), Linda Sturgill (Tom) and Eddie Byrd (Margaret); and his sister-in-law Becky Gordon. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
