She was predeceased by: her parents, R. W. "Bob" Flippin and Hallie Cook Flippin; her husband Billy Smith; and her brother Robert Flippin. She is survived by: her son Greg Smith (Melissa); her grandchildren, Landon and Kaitlin; her brother Kenneth Flippin (Camille); her sisters-in-law, Joyce Flippin, Sylvia Smith and Tina Smith; and her close friend Shirley Wilmoth. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
