She is survived by: her parents, Garland Austin Leftwich and Agnes Leonard Leftwich Shelton; her son Brian Leftwich (Jennifer Leftwich) of Westfield; her stepdaughter Bridgett West of Pilot Mountain; her siblings, Mildred Johnson of Cana, VA, Carole Holder of Mount Airy, Helen Wall (Roger), Philip Leftwich (Patricia), Benny Leftwich (Cathy) and Mount Airy; her grandchildren, Hannah, Amanda, Dakota, Cheyanna, Dewey, Meredith and Jason; her great grandchildren, Noah and Avery; and her daughter-in-law Eleatha Leftwich. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
