It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alice Johnson (Pilot Mountain, North Carolina), who passed away on February 26, 2020, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Hardin Palmer and Lonnie Jessup Flippin; and her siblings, Ray Flippin, Joseph Flippin, Thelma Gordon (Vester) and Ruby Roberts (Claude).
She is survived by: her husband Edsel Floyd Johnson; her children, Edsel Ray Johnson and Judy Jones (Frank); her grandchildren, Matthew Johnson, Zachary Johnson, Rebecca Beeson and Todd Jones; and her great grandchildren, Claire Avirovik-Beeson and Alice Johnson.
