She is survived by: her parents, Jimmy Casey (Leann) of Lucama and Janice Lancaster Casey (Cecil) of Pikeville; her daughter Casey Waters (Justin) of Pikeville; her siblings, Doug Casey of Pikeville, Teresa Bridgers (James) of Stantonsburg and Kelly Smith (Rodney Carter) of Pikeville; and her grandchildren, Jayden Waters, Summer Waters and Jaxsyn Waters. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
