He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Haywood Lancaster and Doris Marie Herring Lancaster; his wife Edna Jane Lancaster; his brothers, Eddie Lancaster and Randy Lancaster; and his grandson Austin Lancaster.
He is survived by: his children, Sherry Shelby (Tom) of Goldsboro, NC and Nickolas Lancaster of Pikeville, NC; his sister Janice Marie Casey (Cecil) of Pikeville; and his grandchildren, Dillon Lancaster, Darren Lancaster and Tori Shelby.
