She was predeceased by: her father James Williams; her brother Randy Williams; and her brother-in-law Clint Newcomb. She is survived by: her children, Shane Lozier (Lesli), Christopher Sauls of Pikeville and Makayla Williams Mooring (Justin) of Goldsboro; her mother Judy Williams of Pikeville; her sister Amanda Newcomb of Pikeville; and her sister-in-law Rachelle Williams. She is also survived by 3 grandchildren and many other close relatives.
