She is survived by: her father Linwood Russell Gibbs of Goldsboro; her husband Randall Scott Simmons; her daughters, Kasey Mateos (Giovani) of Goldsboro and Amanda Adams (Treven) of Goldsboro; her siblings, Kevin Gibbs of Maine and Beverly Spinhirn of Maine; and her grandchildren, Desiree, Sophia, Emmett, Zachariah and Aiden.
