He is survived by: his children, Lee Raper of Pikeville, Elizabeth Fleming (Walter) of Pikeville and Beverly Braswell (J. C.) of Pikeville; his siblings, Edward Raper of Wilson, Steve Raper of Pikeville, Lottie Raper of Kenly and Deborah Lawson (Bill) of Kenly; his grandchildren, Stacey Turner (Jennifer), Landon Fleming (Tabitha), Kelsey Mitchell (Seth), Matthew Kearney (Madison) and Macie Trolinger (Chris); his great grandchildren, Brent, Christoper, Aiden, Layla, Tate, Braylen, Mason, Miller, Nathan and Ellie; and his pets, Dr. Pepper and Ozzie.
