She is survived by: her husband Christopher Douglas Theriac; her children, Hunter Douglas Theriac, Ayden Christopher Theriac of Pikeville and Briley Dawn Theriac of Pikeville; her parents, Robert Ray Batts (Kristie) of Wilson and Charlette C. Corbett (Frankie) of Pikeville; and her siblings, Chrystal Combs of Kenly, Destiny Johnson of Kenly, Matthew Corbett of Pikeville and Zack Batts of Washington.
