He is survived by: his daughters, Debbie Farelli (Tony) of Berlin Center, OH, Sandi Fuqua of Pikeville and Kriss Teel (Ricky) of Pikeville; his grandchildren, Haley Rose, Jaxon Rose, Bella Teel, Sawyer Teel, Nathan Farelli and Matthew Farelli; his stepmother Beatrice Fuqua; and his half-siblings, Wayne Fuqua and Brenda England.
