He was predeceased by: his parent Lee Harrison Powell; and his siblings, Lee Powell, Jr., Johnny Powell and JoAnne Littleton. He is survived by: his mother Appie Radford Powell Crowder; his daughter Brittany Paige Powell; his siblings, William Michael Powell, Richard Arthur Powell and Lucinda Katherine Powell Ham; and his grandchildren, Cillian Milo Powell and Abram James Lee Powell (Cindy Lewis).
