She was predeceased by: her significant other Pam Aycock. She is survived by: her parents, Meredith Peters and Mike Peters; her sister Sarah Grace; her grandparents, Wayne Aycock (Linda) of Pikeville, Jerry Peters of Pikeville, Charlotte Clark and William Clark of Anchorage; and her cousins, Trey Aycock, Lori Aycock of Greensboro, Grant, Tate, Tanner, Will Aycock of Pikeville, Catherine Peters, Craig Peters of Atlanta, GA and Matt. She is also survived by her aunts, uncles.

Thanks to everyone for their support and outpouring of love, as Em would always say "breathe out some love today." In lieu of flowers, Emily requested that donations be made to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, 7101 Creedmoor Road Suite 130, Raleigh, NC 27613.
