She was loved and cherished by many people including: her daughters, Cathy Turner Gurley (Hardy) of Pikeville and Donna Turner Parker (Bobby) of LaGrange; her grandchildren, Dr. Molly Parker, Amy Parker, Alison Sullivan (Tyler), Jody Gurley and Holly Gurley; her sisters, Sophia Hare Thomas of Goldsboro and Lucille Hare Smith of Goldsboro; her husband Charlie William "C. W."; her parents, Jackie Ann Lancaster Hare and Eli Craft Hare; and her siblings, William Hare and Ruby Hare Vaughn.
