He is survived by: his siblings, Alton Mervin, James Howard Mervin, Manor B. Artis, Rosa Lee Harvey and Patricia Lee Mervin Spruill; and his sister-in-law Mary Elizabeth King Mervin. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other family and friends.
