He was predeceased by: his parents, Lonnie Jackson Ginn and Neta Lee Pike Ginn; his wife Macy Jones Ginn; his daughter Sharon Ginn Duren; and his granddaughter Blair Long.
He is survived by: his daughters, Melinda Ginn Friese and Gay Ginn Long; his grandchildren, Brandon Duren, Lee Gray and Dana Raper; and his siblings, Betty Ginn Tillman (Tommy), Alice Ginn Banks, Louella Ginn Blalock, Dollie Ginn Davis Bryant (Marvin) and O'Neal Ginn. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service was held on Monday, November 18th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Silas Pike Cemetery (544 Big Daddy's Rd, Pikeville, NC 27863).
